When we look at todays’ arts industries,the issue of commercial success can not be ignored.May be that’s why we have managers, agents and publicists.
Now, moving back in time, we had the cave man art ,rock art ,religious art….etc. These early artists didn’t have the excessive “modern world” baggage that we have to carry nowadays.
Sometimes I envy little children with their infant art.At least they don’t “care” about the baggage around them………
